Welcome to Rock N Roll Poker League (“the League,” “RRPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern:

Your use of rnrpokerleague.com
Participation in League events
Purchases of merchandise
Purchase or subscription to Business Directory Memberships
All related services

By accessing our website, attending events, or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, participate in events, or purchase products or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction) to participate in events or create an account.

We may request proof of age at any time.

2. Nature of League Services – No Gambling

Rock N Roll Poker League hosts free-to-play recreational poker events for entertainment purposes only.

No buy-ins
No cash wagering
No side bets
No real-money gambling through the website

Any participant engaging in gambling may be suspended or permanently banned.

The website does not process wagers or gaming transactions.

3. Merchandise Sales

3.1 Products

We may offer physical goods including apparel, accessories, and promotional items. All merchandise is subject to availability.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
We do not store full credit card details.

3.3 Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

4. Business Directory Membership

4.1 Description

We offer an optional paid Business Profile Upgrade. This is a digital advertising service that allows members to promote their business within the League’s directory.

It does NOT:

Guarantee leads
Guarantee sales
Guarantee visibility levels
Affect gameplay results

4.2 Membership Terms

Membership may be subscription-based (monthly or annual).
Membership renews automatically unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund prior billing periods.

4.3 Content Standards

Business listings must not include:

Illegal services
Misleading claims
Offensive content
Adult content
Gambling services
Financial scams

We reserve the right to remove listings at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Merchandise

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and unworn
Original packaging required
Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days
We will replace or refund at our discretion

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Business Profile Membership

Because the Business Profile is a digital advertising service:

Membership fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past billing cycles.

If a technical issue prevents listing publication within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.

6. Prizes & Venue Policies

Prizes typically consist of venue-issued gift cards.

Prizes are:

Non-cash
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for money

Venues may impose restrictions including:

Expiration dates
Same-day redemption restrictions
Combination limitations

We are not responsible for venue policies.

7. Dealers & Tipping

Dealers operate independently and work for tips.

Tipping is voluntary.

We are not responsible for disputes between players and dealers.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

Treat others respectfully
Avoid cheating or collusion
Follow venue rules
Avoid harassment or disruptive behavior

We may remove or ban participants at our discretion.

9. Website Use

9.1 Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by RRPL or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without written consent.

9.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the site unlawfully
Attempt unauthorized access
Upload malware
Use bots or scraping tools
Reverse engineer systems

10. Accounts

If accounts are created:

You are responsible for your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

11. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By attending events, you acknowledge:

Events are hosted at independent venues
Alcohol may be served
Participation is voluntary

You assume all risks and release RRPL from liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed:

The amount paid for merchandise in the prior transaction; OR
The membership fees paid in the previous 3 months; OR
The retail value of a prize awarded in the event giving rise to the claim.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRPL, its owners, staff, venues, partners, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

Your participation
Your business listing
Your website use
Your violation of these Terms

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Venue closures
Technical outages

15. Media Release

By attending events, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials.

To opt out, notify us in writing before the event.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes must first be attempted informally.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Florida under AAA rules.

You waive the right to jury trial and class action.

17. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

19. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

20. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
