MerchandiseWe accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and unworn
Original packaging required
Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days
We will replace or refund at our discretion

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Business Profile MembershipBecause the Business Profile is a digital advertising service:

Membership fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past billing cycles.

If a technical issue prevents listing publication within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
